Insurance Policy
It is the patient's responsibility to verify coverage for acupuncture and/or manual therapy. If insurance denies coverage the patient is responsible for paying the Time of Service Fee.
Pricing
If you are not using insurance the Time of Service Fees are as follows:
Initial Acupuncture Appointment
$175 - 90 minutes
Includes review of medical history, orthopedic testing if required, tongue and pulse diagnosis, acupuncture treatment and if appropriate bodywork.
Follow-up Acupuncture Appointment
$110 - 60 minutes
Includes acupuncture and Chinese herbal formulas.
Follow-up Acupuncture with Gua Sha or Cupping
$135 - 75 minutes
Includes acupuncture with Gua Sha or Cupping massage.
Chinese herbs can be prescribed at any appointment.
Appointment and Cancellation Policies
We strive to provide timely and consistent care to all patients. To ensure efficient scheduling and fairness to both our patients and practitioners, please review our appointment policies below.
General Late and No-Show Policy
Late Arrival:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, the appointment will be considered missed (a "no-show"), terminated, and you will be charged the full Time of Service (TOS) fee.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time to avoid a fee.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment, or failure to attend an appointment (no-show), will result in a fee equivalent to the full Time of Service (TOS) fee for that appointment.
Payment of Fees:
All applicable fees will be automatically charged to the credit or debit card securely stored on file.
Specific Policies for OHP and VA Clients
We have different procedures for clients utilizing OHP or VA benefits, as we cannot charge a fee for missed appointments under these programs.

Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will not result in a direct fee.

However, if a client misses or cancels three (3) appointments with less than 48 hours' notice, future appointments will be restricted to same-day scheduling only.

If a client subsequently fails to attend a same-day scheduled appointment, Meeha Mindbody LLC reserves the right to discontinue services with that client.
Specific Policies for Medical Specialists
We recognize that the demanding and unpredictable schedules of medical specialists may require last-minute adjustments.

If a medical specialist cancels within the 48-hour window due to work-related scheduling changes, they will be charged half (50%) of the full Time of Service (TOS) fee for that specific appointment.

This fee will be charged to the credit or debit card on file.
