Insurance Policy
It is the patient's responsibility to verify coverage for acupuncture and/or manual therapy. If insurance denies coverage the patient is responsible for paying the Time of Service Fee.
Pricing
If you are not using insurance the Time of Service Fees are as follows:
Initial Acupuncture Appointment
$175 - 90 minutes - includes review of medical history, orthopedic testing if required, tongue and pulse diagnosis, acupuncture treatment and if appropriate bodywork.
Follow-up Acupuncture Appointment
$110 - 60 minutes - includes acupuncture and Chinese herbal formulas.
Follow-up Acupuncture with Gua Sha or Cupping
$135 - 75 minutes - includes acupuncture with Gua Sha or Cupping massage.
Chinese herbs can be prescribed at any appointment.
Cancelation,
Late, No Show Policies
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment with no fee. Cancellations made within the 24 hour window before a scheduled appointment are charged the full Time of Service Fee for that appointment.
Patients’ who do not show up to an appointment are charged the full Time of Service Fee for that appointment.

Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late are charged the full Time of Service Fee if the practitioner’s schedule does not allow for the appointment to extend or rescheduling the appointment for the same week is not possible. Meaning, if the appointment is on Thursday the latest it may be rescheduled is the following Wednesday.
Fees are waived for emergencies only.
Medical Professional Cancellation Policy
If you are a medical professional who is not in control of your scheduling and get called in for shifts as a requirement of your job the cancelation fee will be half of the regular Time of Service Fee.
