Gua Sha
A traditional "scraping" technique using a smooth tool to gently glide over the skin.

Fire Cupping
Glass cups create a gentle suction to pull and expand tissue, rather than compressing it.
Stretching tight fascia, releasing deep-seated muscle tension, and improving circulation.
Japanese Shiatsu
A gentle, restorative treatment that follows the body's energy channels to move Qi and ease sensitivity.

Tui Na
A focused, orthopedic massage using rhythmic techniques to stretch muscles and break up deep tension.

The Power of "Pulling" vs. "Pushing"

It is fascinating to note the difference between traditional massage and techniques like Fire Cupping. While most massage styles work by compressing (pushing) the tissue, Fire Cupping uses negative pressure to pull the tissue upward. This creates space within the fascia and muscles, allowing for a deeper level of expansion and relief that traditional pressure sometimes can't reach.
