Cancellation or No-Show Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment with no fee. No-Show patients or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a cancellation fee automatically charged through the Electronic Health Records System.
The cancellation fees are as follows:
60 min appointment - $60 fee
75 min appointment - $75 fee
90 min appointment - $90 fee
